My grandmother used to tell me about leech therapy. Leech therapy is used since ancient times to cure baldness, alopecia, hair fall and other hair related problems.  My experience -

 I used this oil at night along with the other carrier oils because i am not going through any severe hair problem.  You can also use it without any carrier oil.  The oil has nice consistency and is light on hair. I applied it on roots, massaged my hair and used ‘hair spa cap’ that i regularly use during the oiling process.  It has a pungent odour.  I left the oil overnight and washed my hair with sulphate &  paraben free shampoo in the morning.  My hair felt smooth and healthy after the application and the odour also went away completely.

  My recommendations- 

Apply this oil before going to bed, start applying oil from the roots.  Massage at least for 10 minutes , it increases the blood circulation. Leaving it overnight will give you maximum results. You can also use a hair spa cap after that .Make sure that you don’t use it when you have a plan to go out as it has a strong odour.
